We are committed to only using qualified and proven professional pipers who have qualified through the institute of piping, who have a college or university degree in Traditional music or who have had success on the Highland Games circuit or other bagpiping or pipe band competitions. We are passionate about Highland Piping and thus exemplary quality is our standard.

Main Piper

Our main representative is Pipe Sergeant Anthony Collins (pictured) from Glasgow who has performed at hundreds of weddings and other functions all over the world.  Tutored by many great pipers such as James Mclean, William J Morrison (both South Uist) and former Gordon Highlanders Pipe Major Joe Wilson (Buckie) Anthony has recently embarked on a piping career and already has achieved great success. He is Currently a piper in the legendary Shotts and dykehead Pipe Band under Pipe Major Robert Mathieson.  He has recently graduated through the institute of Piping and also studied for an HNC in Traditional music in conjunction with the College of Piping Glasgow. Experienced in playing events and functions throughout Scotland and the world you can be assured of professionalism when dealing with Strathclyde Pipers.
